Problem: Customers need a way to organize and control their smart home devices when voice is not convenient. Expand market share to satisfy the needs of other target segments.

Creative Solution: Enable customers to view all of their Alexa and smart home devices in a single consolidated view within the app surfacing status and control of devices further upstream making it easy to find and control devices.

Outcome: New interaction model was developed for the smart home portion of the Alexa app which still exists today.
